Shake well before use. Apply an adequate amount all over your body before going out in the sun. You can apply it to your body with a single spray. Repeat the application process after sweating, swimming or drying with a towel. Apply 15-20 minutes before sun exposure and wait for it to be absorbed in your body. Reapply every 2 hours if exposed to the sun for a long time.
